ORDERING
  • Placing an order is simple! Browse through our collection, select your preferred items, choose your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but we'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been shipped.

  • Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can track your order status by logging into your account or clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

  • For international orders, customs or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the price of the items or shipping, and the responsibility for paying any applicable duties lies with the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Please note that sale items may be final sale.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our returns page or contact customer service. You will receive a return label and instructions on how to ship your item back. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

  • We offer free return shipping for domestic orders. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

SIZING & FIT
