- Non-returnable items: Personalized items, gift cards, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
For UAE returns, the delivery fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the return delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the items are received and inspected.
