3. ACTIVEWEAR PRODUCT INFORMATION

We specialize in high-performance activewear designed for yoga, Pilates, and wellness activities. Please be aware of the following when purchasing our activewear:

  • Due to hygiene concerns, all products must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition with original tags attached. See our Return Policy for full details.

  • We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be exact.

UAE-SPECIFIC CONSIDERATIONS

For customers in the UAE, please note:

  • Products comply with UAE consumer protection laws, and we adhere to high standards of quality and safety.

  • Pricing is displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) by default but may be adjusted for international users based on location settings.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

By placing an order through our Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment and shipping details.

  • Use a valid form of payment (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

We ship worldwide, including to the UAE. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. We make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated time frame provided at checkout, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)

If you are placing an order from outside the UAE, customs fees and duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking with local authorities for more information on potential charges.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

UAE-SPECIFIC RETURN POLICY

In accordance with UAE consumer protection laws:

  • You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., sports bras, leggings) must meet the strict return conditions due to the nature of activewear.

  • Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Aweare Wellness or our content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws in the UAE and globally. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.
