At Aweare Wellness, we believe in making your shopping experience as seamless as possible. We are dedicated to delivering your order promptly and efficiently, offering shipping services both domestically within the UAE and internationally.

  • Domestic Shipping (UAE): All orders placed within the UAE are processed and shipped quickly to ensure you receive your items without delay.

  • GCC Shipping: For our customers in the GCC region, we also guarantee prompt shipping to make sure you enjoy your purchases in no time.

  • International Shipping: When ordering from abroad, please note that taxes and duties may apply based on your delivery location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not entirely happy, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 14 days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and include all tags.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Final Sale Items: Please note that any items purchased on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Hygiene-Related Items: For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, and any items clearly marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

UAE Returns:

  • We’re here to make the return process easy for you! We will arrange for the pickup of your order at your convenience.

  • Please be aware that for returns, a fee of 40 AED will be deducted from your refunded amount.

  • If you choose to exchange, we’re happy to cover the costs for pickup and re-delivery (one time only) to make it right.

International Returns:

  • For our international customers, please note that you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return and re-delivery, including any applicable customs charges.

  • We kindly ask you to keep the receipt and tracking number of your returned parcel until we confirm that we have received the items back.
